Working with Jessica has been empowering. I began this journey to learn better ways to communicate and connect with my children but gained so much more than that. Jessica is so easy to talk to and made me feel so safe to share my experiences. She gently guided me to learn what I need to stay calm in stressful situations and to be able to identify them before they happened. I now have a toolkit to reach for during those difficult moments/transitions so I am able to be the pillar my kids can lean on.
