• Join us for a six-week parenting program starting February 7th!

Calling all parents seeking connection, peace, and ease... this program is for you! 

Offering parents and caregivers a judgement-free space hosted by TWO certified parent coaches. Participants will experience improved parent-child relationships, learn practical tools to create more ease in family life, and gain confidence in their role as a leader. 

Topics will include:

• The meaning behind your child's behaviour
• Building parent-child connections
• Calming and self-regulation tools
• How to improve cooperation and get your kids to listen
• Managing misbehaviour/ outbursts/ power struggles
• How to implement consequences, boundaries, and values

What's included?

• Intake form evaluation to ensure your unique challenge areas are considered
• Access to a private Facebook group wit a maximum of eight families
• Six weeks of daily check-ins from your coaches (Lindsay and Jessica) in the Facebook group (2 times a day). You post a question - we answer!
• Group support from other families going through similar experiences
• Weekly one-hour group lessons with Lindsay and Jessica
• Weekly tools and actionable tasks

 Sessions details

• Week 1: Introduction to the PEACE process, power dynamics, and your roadmap for parenting. This session sets the foundation for interacting, viewing, and raising children in an empowered way.
• Week 2: Presence, triggers, and a practical tool to both get ahead of our triggers and to learn our children's signals that they are about to meltdown.
• Week 3: Empathy, calming tools, and understanding how to best soothe ourselves and our children in the tricky moments. 
• Week 4: Acknowledging what is contributing to behaviours, using 'mindsight' to better understand our children, and using a tool to prevent undesirable outbursts!
• Week 5: Conscious communication and empowered conversations... in other words, how to deal with disrespect and demands (this includes some magical phrases).
• Week 6: Exploring solutions together and connecting values & boundaries. Let's really figure out how to make life easier for you, and for your children!

Your Coaches

Jessica MacKenzie (www.RestorativeParenting.ca)

• As a Certified Parenting Coach, you will find Jessica is a compassionate guide, offering nurturing and nonjudgmental support to navigate daily family challenges. She brings experiences from homeschooling, becoming a forest school leader, and an international student host parent. Her approach is rooted in conscious parenting, supported by daily meditation and training in nonviolent communication and emotional regulation.

Lindsay Lewis (www.LindsayLewisSleep.com)

• Lindsay is a Certified Parenting and Sleep Coach, and Founder of Lindsay Lewis Sleep. Over the last 7 years, Lindsay has helped over 800 families get the sleep they need to thrive. Over the years, Lindsay has learned just how intertwined sleep and behaviour are and she’s thrilled to be able to support families with both. 

Lindsay and Jessica will co-facilitate this group program sharing expertise from their parenting certifications and experiences working with families. That's right - you get two professionals weighing in on your important questions.  We help you clarify the parent-child relationship you want and support you to create richer and more fulfilling connections in your family.

Dates

• One-hour virtual sessions will take place at the following times:
• Wednesdays starting on February 7, plus one session on Friday, February 9
• Last session is on Wednesday, March 6
• Each session is at noon AST
